- Put the eggs into a cup and add some salt;
- Fill the rest of the cup with water and mix thoroughly;
- Pour the egg mixture into the bowl with flour;
- Mix everything thoroughly as the dough should be homogeneous. Leave it for 15 minutes;

- Rinse beef and pork. Dry and mince the meat. You can use minced meat;
- Peel onions, mince them or chop in a blender. Then add onions to the meat seasoning with some salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly;
- Take the dough and divide into two parts;
- Roll out the dough not too thin and not too thick — about 1/7 inch thick;
Then sprinkle the pelmeni mold with flour;
If you don't sprinkle the mold the pelmenies stick and cleave into;
- Put the rolling dough over pelmeni mold;
Now place the filling into the dough over.
- Roll out the second chunk of dough and place it on top;
Begin to roll from the middle to the ends;
- Make sure if you roll out well enough;
Then remove the edges of dough. Turn the mold over to let the pelmeni fall out;
Put the rest of the dough in plastic wrap, and use again after 20 minutes;
- Place the pelmeni on a flour-dusted surface;
- Cook pelmeni in boiling water adding some salt and bay leaves to taste;
